The color of this crisp summer white is a light golden straw with aromas of lemon lime, verbena and mineral notes.The palate has ample acidity due to the low yielding organic vines from the heart of Sonoma County's Dry Creek Valley.
The appearance of this sparkling Chenin Blanc illustrates a vibrant, small bubble bead and a fine mousse over a crystal clear, pale yellow color. Aromatically, the wine is tropical with pineapple, mango and guava with a hint of marzipan and a Key lime backdrop. The palate expresses ripe peach, passion fruit and lemon verbena and finishes dry with pure Chenin citrus fruit and lively acidity.

This wine is rich and layerd, but relies on the natural acidity from the acidity of the Santa Lucia Highlands fruit.

The palate is full with ripe cranberry, sweet and sour cherry flavors and is wrapped in exotic spice flavors such as star anise and cinnamon and fold into a blanket of integrated French oak, vanilla finish.
This is a wine made for the open-minded, the adventurous and those who root for the underdog. It's Cabernet Franc from El Dorado California aged in used French Oak for 28 months; truly a Scrapper.
Medium plum color with garnet hue. Intense crushed raspberry aromas fill the glass, backed by licorice and white pepper notes. ?The palate is juicy with ripe black cherry and the ample acidity suggests sour cherry as well.
